  • The dress must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Dresses purchased on final sale, clearance, or discount offers may not be eligible for return.
  • Customized or altered dresses cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  • Once the return request is approved, instructions for pickup or shipping will be provided.
  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or defect issues, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • A replacement or full refund will be provided after verification.

7. Shipping Charges
