- The dress must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Dresses purchased on final sale, clearance, or discount offers may not be eligible for return.
- Customized or altered dresses cannot be returned.
3. Return Process

- Once the return request is approved, instructions for pickup or shipping will be provided.
- Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size or defect issues, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- A replacement or full refund will be provided after verification.
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be free or chargeable depending on the reason for return.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error.
